Our Services

Cookout offer Food Hygiene Training for expeditions. Individuals can book on one of our fixed dates to gain a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. Expedition companies and other organisations can arrange a bespoke food hygiene course tailored to their expeditions. We are Certified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Our courses are suitable for:

* Conservation and Youth Groups
* Residential Catering Staff
